Where there is a transfer to another ShangriLa property within the bonding period, the receiving Hotel will pay THCZ his remaining training fees on a prorated basis. The Trainer of the Quarter will receive a certificate signed by the General Manager and cash of RMB300 that will be awarded at the Staff Meeting.
