Awareness and Warning ● Create a new biological threat awareness capacity that will enhance detection and characterization of an attack. Vulnerability Assessments ● Expand and continue vulnerability assessments of the agriculture and food sectors. Mitigation Strategies ● Prioritize, develop, and implement, as appropriate, mitiga
