7. 付款條件(Terms of Payment)：
買方須于____ 前將保兌的、不可撤銷的、可轉讓的、可分割的即期付款信用證開到賣方，該信用證的有效期延至裝運期后_____天在中國到期，并必 須注明允許分批裝運和轉船。
The Buyer shall establish a Letter of Credit before the abovestipulated time, failing which, the Seller shall have the right to rescind this Contract upon the arrival of the notice at Buyer or to accept whole or part of this Contract non fulfilled by the Buyer, or to lodge a claim for the direct losses sustained, if any.
