Based on the basic theory of construction project engineering cost management as the instruction, to understand the status quo of the construction project engineering cost management at home and abroad, from construction engineering projects in production, design, construction and so on each stage of the impact of cost management for the project investment benefit, emphatically elaborated the construction projects in the project implementation stage to the influence of the project investment benefit, discusses the construction project implementation phase of the project cost management of the overall train of thought. On the basis of engineering cost management theory, using the basic knowledge of engineering cost management and related management knowledge, analyzing the concept of the project cost of construction project, formation process, the content and methods of engineering cost management. Mainly on design phase, construction phase of the construction project, this paper analyzes the factors which influence the project cost, project implementation stage of the project cost management is put forward specific ideas.
