plement a regulation only, to reach the consistency on management, my branch tried hard to create favorable environment for departmental door, if serve as sectional administrator, set oneself an example to others of my do one’s best, make example and model, and not on the mouth one, on the action consistency that we plan to maintain and successional, each director is the first abide relevant regulations system, of course, while we are emphasizing consistency, still paid attention to the freedom that allows employee to have development oneself ability, published new pay plan, bigger limit encourages employee beat one’s brains to start work, bold dry, let go dry, thereby the potential that utmost aroused aggrandizement management, strict hold “ law “ , make employee understood he is the host of the hotel, also made clear oneself to be in collective goal, raised the personnel attributive move to collective, regarded the hotel as oneself home, oneself are a member with indispensable collective, also enhanced collective cohesive affinity and bat effectiveness, make the hotel got better maintenance, hotel government target gets faster taller development.(3)the quality education that strengthens employee, further work resultant force, raised the rapid development of integrated business quality as hotel change quickly hard, especially second half of the year, after hotel new clothes is repaired, what the reform pace of development strides is bigger, zhang Zong realizes, light is mixed by the administrative knowledge of nowadays quality is not to follow what hotel development and society develop to go up far, accordingly, send our middlelevel administrator to the outside to learn group by learn modestly, strengthened the munication with employee and munication, absorbed advanced management experience quickly, and better land adjusted his working state of mind, can better land gives in handling the work。所以積極主動聽取各員工建議及意見是人事部工作的重心。繼續(xù)配合各部門工作,協(xié)助處理事件處理。以此加強員工的對客服務(wù),使我們的軟件在上一個臺階。另各部門的相關(guān)技能實操培訓也必須沒半年進行一次。另外新員工入店培訓是必不可少的。目前酒店各部門人員的綜合素質(zhì)普遍有待提高,尤其是部門負責人及領(lǐng)班,他們身肩重責。二、加強培訓力度,完善培訓機制。隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展,搞好管理制度無疑是其持續(xù)發(fā)展的根本。09年人事部將從以下幾個方面著手工作:一、完善制度,向?qū)崿F(xiàn)管理規(guī)范化進軍。新的一年意味著新的起點、新的機遇、新的挑戰(zhàn)。針對上述這些問題,我充分認識到自己既是一個管理者,更是一個執(zhí)行者。(四)員工事務(wù)管理不到位員工事務(wù)涉及面比較廣,包含了員工食堂、宿舍、衛(wèi)生間、工箱等方面,在人員較少,酒店提供良好福利,但在處理事情時,不能及早發(fā)現(xiàn)問題的存在,但仍存在較大差距,比如:員工生日酒店為獎勵員工提供禮物,也但有時沒有好好的記住,導致沒有及時送上禮物;員工宿舍管理上力度不夠,導致有的已經(jīng)離職的員工沒有及時離開,至今未能徹底解決;食堂飯菜不能及時提供,且員工浪費較為嚴重,在冬天,酒店客房、餐飲部員工經(jīng)常不能吃上熱的飯菜,甚至有時吃不上飯,雖然保安部配合廚房燒熱水但效果不理想;平時和員工溝通不到位,導致有的員工產(chǎn)生誤會,處理有的事情的時候以為在針對某部門或某人。(二)培訓力度不夠俗語講“玉不琢不成器”,再有潛質(zhì)的員工,若不受到良好的培訓,也發(fā)揮不出來多大的作用,在08,雖然我店開展了幾次培訓工作,但因本人的業(yè)務(wù)能力欠缺,專業(yè)知識缺乏,使培訓不能經(jīng)常進行,基本都是有行政助理和何總親自進行。(一)員工招聘方式單一,補給不及時,造成各部門人員短缺。根據(jù)酒店每月工作指令及領(lǐng)導要求,研究制訂了人事部的各項各時段工作計劃和具體措施,較好地抓了酒店思想建設(shè)、作風建設(shè)、制度建設(shè)和業(yè)務(wù)建設(shè)。組織、起草、審核各種文稿,做好文字綜合和文字處理工作。除了掌握一些理論知識之外,還到一線部門,學習一些專業(yè)技能實操,更加充實了自己的能力。(三)加強員工的素質(zhì)教育,增進工作合力,努力提高了綜合業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì) 隨著酒店日新月異的快速發(fā)展,特別是下半年,酒店新裝修后,發(fā)展的改革步伐邁的更大,張總意識到,光憑現(xiàn)今的管理知識和素質(zhì)是遠遠跟不上酒店發(fā)展和社會發(fā)展的,因此,分批將我們中層管理人員送到外面去學習。我們?yōu)榱吮3忠?guī)劃的一致性和連續(xù)性,各主管帶頭遵守相關(guān)規(guī)章制度,當然,我們在強調(diào)一致性的同時,還注重了讓員工有發(fā)展自身才能的自由,出臺了新的工資方案,更大限度鼓勵員工動腦動手,大膽干、放手干,從而最大限度激發(fā)了員工的潛能。回顧此年工作,一共依照規(guī)定除名了3名員工,勸退了3名員工,通報表揚3次,通報批評13次,其他最后警告及系列處罰共計不少于100次,進一步營造了遵守酒店制度光榮、違反酒店制度嚴格按制度執(zhí)行的良好氛圍。我們知道,管理和罰獎是做好酒店制度維持工作的重要措施和手段,堅持有功必獎,有過必罰,小過即改,既往不咎,制度面前人人平
