動(dòng)的應(yīng)用、生產(chǎn)和研究都十分重視,在結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、傳動(dòng)性能、傳遞功率、轉(zhuǎn)矩和速度等方面均處于領(lǐng)先地位;并出現(xiàn)了一些新型的行星傳動(dòng)技術(shù),如封閉行星齒輪傳動(dòng)、行星齒輪變速傳動(dòng)和微型行星齒輪傳動(dòng)等早已在現(xiàn)代機(jī)械傳動(dòng)設(shè)備中獲得了成功的應(yīng)用。它可以用作減速、增速和變速傳動(dòng),運(yùn)動(dòng)的合成和分解,以及其特殊的應(yīng)用中;這些功用對(duì)于現(xiàn)代機(jī)械傳動(dòng)發(fā) 展有著重要意義。由于在各種類(lèi)型的行星齒輪傳動(dòng)中均有效的利用了功率分流性和輸入、輸出的同軸性以及合理地采用了內(nèi)嚙合,才使得其具有了上述的許多獨(dú)特的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。在對(duì)電動(dòng)汽車(chē)輪邊減速器的設(shè)計(jì)與研究中,將緊密結(jié)合整車(chē)性能的要求,并考慮與輪邊減速器相匹配的制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、懸架、輪轂電機(jī)等裝置的布局與設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題,借鑒不同型式的輪邊減速器結(jié)構(gòu)上的優(yōu)點(diǎn)及參數(shù)選擇的合理性,利用先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)虛擬技術(shù) ,對(duì)微型電動(dòng)汽車(chē)的輪邊減速器進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與研究。在這一過(guò)程中,輪邊減 速器的工作原理就是把主減速器傳遞的轉(zhuǎn)速和扭矩經(jīng)過(guò)其降速增扭后,再傳遞到車(chē)輪,以便使車(chē)輪 4 在地面附著力的反作用下,產(chǎn)生較大驅(qū)動(dòng)力。安裝在車(chē)輛動(dòng)力輸出終端,減輕變速箱負(fù)載。 采用輪邊減速器是為了提高汽車(chē)的驅(qū)動(dòng)力,以滿(mǎn)足或修正整個(gè)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動(dòng)力的匹配。一些礦山、水利等大型工程所用的重型車(chē)、大型公交車(chē)等,常要求具有高的動(dòng)力性,而車(chē)速則可相對(duì)較低,因此其低檔傳動(dòng)比就會(huì)很大,為了避免變速器、分動(dòng)器、傳動(dòng)軸等總成因需承受過(guò)大的轉(zhuǎn)矩而使尺寸及質(zhì)量過(guò)大,則應(yīng)將傳動(dòng)系的傳動(dòng)比盡可能多地分配給驅(qū)動(dòng)橋,這就導(dǎo)致了這些重型車(chē)輛驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的主減速比很大,當(dāng)其值大于 12 時(shí),則需要采用單級(jí) (或雙級(jí) )主減速器附加輪邊減速器的結(jié)構(gòu)型式,不僅使驅(qū)動(dòng)橋中間部分主減速器的輪廓尺寸減小,加大了離地問(wèn)隙 ,并可得到大的驅(qū)動(dòng)橋減速比,而且半軸、差速器及主減速器從動(dòng)齒輪等零件的尺寸也可減小。 電動(dòng)機(jī)本身具有調(diào)速的功能,如果在電動(dòng)汽車(chē)上繼續(xù)保留內(nèi)燃機(jī)汽車(chē)必須使用的變 速箱就顯得累贅了。 電動(dòng)汽車(chē)驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)布置比傳統(tǒng)燃油汽車(chē)有著更大的靈活性,由驅(qū)動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)所在位置以及動(dòng)力傳遞方式的不同,通??梢苑譃榧袉坞姍C(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)、多電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)以及電動(dòng)輪驅(qū)動(dòng)等型式。輪彀電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的布置非常靈活.直接將電動(dòng)機(jī)安裝在車(chē)輪輪毅中,省略了傳統(tǒng)的離合器、變速箱、主減速器及差速器等部件 t因而簡(jiǎn)化整車(chē)結(jié)構(gòu)、提高了傳動(dòng)效率、同時(shí)能借助現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)控制技術(shù)直接控制各電動(dòng)輪實(shí)現(xiàn)電子差速.無(wú)論 從體積、質(zhì)量,還是從功率、載重能力看,電動(dòng)輪相較于傳統(tǒng)汽車(chē)動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng).其結(jié)構(gòu)更加簡(jiǎn)單、囊湊,占用空間更小,更容易實(shí)現(xiàn)全輪驅(qū)動(dòng)。其設(shè)計(jì)是將電動(dòng)機(jī)、減速器、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)融為一體。而電動(dòng)汽車(chē) (包括純電動(dòng)汽車(chē)、混合動(dòng)力電動(dòng)汽車(chē)以及燃料電池汽車(chē) ),即全部或部分用電能驅(qū)動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)作為動(dòng)力系統(tǒng) 3 的汽車(chē),具有高效、節(jié)能、低噪聲、零排放等顯著優(yōu)點(diǎn),在環(huán)保和節(jié)能方面具有不可比擬的優(yōu)勢(shì),因此它是解決上述 問(wèn)題的最有效途徑。采用電能為驅(qū)動(dòng)設(shè)備的電動(dòng)汽車(chē)由于能真正實(shí)現(xiàn)零排放 ,而成為各國(guó)汽車(chē)研發(fā)的焦點(diǎn)。為了汽車(chē)工業(yè) 的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,以開(kāi)發(fā)和推廣電動(dòng)車(chē),多種代用燃料汽 車(chē)為主要內(nèi)容的綠色汽車(chē) 工程已在世界范圍內(nèi)展開(kāi)。 近年來(lái) 隨著汽車(chē)工業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,全球汽車(chē)總保有量不斷增加,汽車(chē)所帶來(lái)的環(huán)境污染、能源短缺,資源枯竭等方面的問(wèn)題越來(lái)越突出。 但是汽車(chē)工業(yè)要成為真正的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),則必須具備自我發(fā)展能力。 關(guān)鍵詞: 電動(dòng);輪邊;減速器;設(shè)計(jì) ; 驅(qū)動(dòng) III ABSTRACT This thesis is to bine current situation of the development of automobile industry of miniature electric cars, car wheel edges reducer design, design a kind of minibev wheel edge speed reducer, miniature electric cars for driving wheel edges system USES, work torque smaller, but because there is no main reducer and need more than the slowdown. The wheel edges with large vehicles for the structural type gear reducer electric car wheel edges provide reference, narrow gear reducer while increasing structure size than, satisfy whee l edges slowing the use requirement driving system. In recent years, with the rapid development of auto industry, global car total quantities increases unceasingly, car brings the environment pollution, energy shortage, resource exhaustion issues such as more and more outstanding. The increasingly serious oil crisis and the people environmental protection consciousness, the strengthening of the development of automobile industry forward very serious challenges. Using electricity for driving equipment electric car true is a result of zero emission and bee the focus of the world automobile research. In order to protect the human living environment and safeguard energy supply, governments invest a lot of manpower and material resources at the way to seek solutions to these problems. But electric cars (including pure electric cars, hybrid electric cars and fuel cell cars), namely all or part of the electricity can drive motor cars, as power system with high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, zero emissions and other significant advantages in environmental protection and energy saving, has inparable advantage, therefore it solve the above problem is the most effective way.
