With the time progress, the enterprise personnel quantity also increases, and the division of labor unceasingly bees fine, and the relationship of each profession is being pact, and the level of personnel management is being advanced. The early artificial personnel management system is already inappropriate for the modern enterprise development. The systematization, standardization and automation are preferred for the modern enterprise management. This page aims to design and realize personnel information management subsystem of enterprise information management system, using the principle and method of software engineering, elaborating the system design, development and test. The system uses MyEclipse as the development tool, takes SQL Server 2021 as the database, and uses Struts as framework. The System realized information search, training management, the title of a technical post assessment, rewards and punishment management, personnel arrangement, which are the main parts of system. The system basically satisfies the modern enterprises, providing information management、 search and access, and afford an efficient instrument for enterprise personnel management. Keywords: enterprise human information management, Struts, information search 蘇州大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計(jì)） 5 前 言 人事信息管理是指運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代化的科學(xué)方法， 對(duì)與一定物力相結(jié)合的企業(yè)人力資源進(jìn)行合理的培訓(xùn)、組織與調(diào)配，使物力、人力經(jīng)常保持最佳比例，同時(shí)對(duì)人的思想、心理和為進(jìn)行恰當(dāng)?shù)恼T導(dǎo)、控制和協(xié)調(diào)，充分發(fā)揮人的主觀能動(dòng)性，使人盡其才，事得其人，人事相宜，以實(shí)現(xiàn)組織目標(biāo)。該系統(tǒng)可以建立基礎(chǔ)設(shè)置，并可完成對(duì)其進(jìn)行日常處理、信息查詢(xún)、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析功能。本系統(tǒng)就是針對(duì)這種情況，參考同類(lèi)系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的，具有靈活性強(qiáng)，覆蓋方面廣等特點(diǎn)。早在 20 世紀(jì) 30 年代，柏德就強(qiáng)調(diào)了決策在組織管理中的作用。 管理信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用、發(fā)展是與計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)和管理技術(shù)的應(yīng)用、發(fā)展緊密相關(guān)的。其發(fā)展過(guò)程大致分為如下的 3 個(gè)階段： (1)電子數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)（ Electronic Data Processing System, EDPS） 電子數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)是數(shù)據(jù)處理的計(jì)算機(jī)化。這是管理信息系統(tǒng)的雛形。 管理信息系統(tǒng)以中心數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為重要標(biāo)志，采用分布式處理方式，把組織內(nèi)部的各級(jí)管理結(jié)合起來(lái)，克服地理、時(shí)間上的界限完成必要的信息管理工作，輔助決策者進(jìn)行決策工作。決策支持系統(tǒng)，即通過(guò)人機(jī)交互的方式幫助決策者找到可能的答案，為管理者決策提供必要的信息?？傊S著技術(shù)的發(fā)展和理論的更新，管理信息系統(tǒng)在未來(lái)將會(huì)有更大的進(jìn)步和發(fā)展。我國(guó)目前共有各類(lèi)企業(yè) 800 萬(wàn)家，這些企業(yè)在近 20 年來(lái)，在不同程度上都遇到了企業(yè) 信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的問(wèn)題。國(guó)家有關(guān)部門(mén)曾重點(diǎn)扶持過(guò)一批國(guó)有大企業(yè)的信息化工程，并以它們?yōu)闃影逶谌珖?guó)制造業(yè)企業(yè) 蘇州大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)
