【正文】 辦公自動(dòng)化 系統(tǒng)在企事業(yè)單位中應(yīng)用的深入，員工每天上班的第一件事就是登陸 OA 系 4 統(tǒng)，查收郵件、了解公司最新的信息、安排今日待辦工作等等。第二代辦公自 動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了很多實(shí)用的功能模塊，完成了對(duì)涉及人、事、會(huì)議、文檔等信息的自動(dòng)化管理。 第二發(fā)展階段：以工作流為中心的群件辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng) [12]。它主要解決了如何有效存儲(chǔ)和高效利用結(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù)的問題，強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的計(jì)算能力。 圖 11 OA 系統(tǒng)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)圖 第一發(fā)展階段：以數(shù)據(jù)處理為中 心的 MIS 辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng) [11]。 辦公自動(dòng)化 系統(tǒng)不僅僅是一個(gè)簡單的系統(tǒng)，它包含多種學(xué)科的技術(shù)，如系統(tǒng)工程學(xué)、行為科學(xué)、管理學(xué)、人工智能、社會(huì)學(xué)等 [9]， 3 需進(jìn)行信息收集、信息處理、信息傳遞、決策分析管理、知識(shí)管理等，因而需要相關(guān)計(jì)算機(jī)、 Web、通信和自動(dòng)化技術(shù)。 國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀 自從 辦公自動(dòng)化 系統(tǒng)誕生以來，隨著時(shí)間的流逝各種科學(xué)技術(shù)均得到了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展，國外許多大型企業(yè)如 IBM、 HP、 XEROX、 Hitachi 均擠進(jìn)辦公自動(dòng) 化市場 [8]，希望能分得一杯羹。 4）在上述基礎(chǔ)之上，在 J2EE 平臺(tái)上實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)適用于 江西省核工業(yè)地質(zhì)局機(jī)械研究所 的個(gè)性化辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)。 2）對(duì) 江西省核工業(yè)地質(zhì)局機(jī)械研究所 進(jìn)行需求分析，完成 辦公自動(dòng)化 系統(tǒng)的需 求分析。 系統(tǒng)在開發(fā)的過程中結(jié)合軟件工程生命周期的思想，對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行可行性研究、需求分析、總體設(shè)計(jì)、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)、系統(tǒng)測試、系統(tǒng)部署與系統(tǒng)維護(hù)等工作。 本課題主要 通過對(duì)現(xiàn)有的各類企業(yè) OA 系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析，結(jié)合目前大數(shù)據(jù)社 會(huì)的環(huán)境，根據(jù) 江西省核工業(yè)地質(zhì)局機(jī)械研究所 的現(xiàn)狀，考慮如何用最少的成本開發(fā)一個(gè)適用于 江西省核工業(yè)地質(zhì)局機(jī)械研究所 的 辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng) 。 2021 年初， 我國頒布的 《中共中央國務(wù)院關(guān)于分類推進(jìn)事業(yè)單位改革的指導(dǎo)意 2 見》 [6]指出 事業(yè)單位改革是我國全面深化改革的一個(gè)重要方面，是建立與市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制相適應(yīng)的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代公益事業(yè)制度的偉大實(shí)踐 [7]。如今，辦公自動(dòng)化已經(jīng)成為 各行各界的共識(shí)， 唯有 盡快進(jìn)行辦公自動(dòng)化建設(shè)， 優(yōu)化企事業(yè)自身已有的管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)，提高日常辦公效率，才能 占領(lǐng)行業(yè)的領(lǐng)先地位， 提升 企 事 業(yè)自我的競爭優(yōu)勢(shì)， 并促使企事業(yè) 形成 一個(gè) 良心循環(huán)發(fā)展 [5]。 在行政機(jī)關(guān)中 一般 把辦公自動(dòng)化叫做電子政務(wù)，企事業(yè)單位就都叫 OA 系統(tǒng) 。 辦公 自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)（ Office Automation System） ，簡 稱 OA 系統(tǒng) [2]，起源于 20 世紀(jì)50 年代的美國等西方國家， 70 年代中期在發(fā)達(dá)國家迅速發(fā)展成為一門綜合性的跨學(xué)科技術(shù) [3]。 關(guān)鍵字： OA 系統(tǒng) 無紙化辦公 信息管理 II Abstract The 21st century is a century of rapid development of information. In this era with informatization revolution and digitizing revolution, if an enterprise wants to occupy a place in such an increasingly petitive environment, it not only needs the formidable scientific research innovation ability and advanced management idea, at the same time, the pany should also need to have the ability to construct information、 management information and apply information. The appearance of OA system has meet this demand. In this graduation design, I designed and realized an office automation system for nuclear industry geological survey and machinery research institute in jiangxi province (nuclear industry two six O factory). We use the ideas of software engineering to develop the whole system, and successively pleted the system requirement analysis, the system design and the system implementation and testing .In this OA system, users are divided into three categories: the ordinary employee, the enterprise administrator and the system administrator, and the ordinary employees are the main user of the system. Meanwhile, the system consists of the following functional modules: the daily work module, the workflow module, the administration module, the public work module, the human resources module, the resource information module, the customer information module, the financial module, the system setup and help module. The system design of the employee information table, the department of basic information table, the employee work table, the document information table, the public information table, the process information table, the resource information table, the customer information table, the financial information table in total of nine the process of software design and development, the system is fully bined with the thinking of software development life cycle. The system developments based on J2EE development platform, the Java version is , development tool is Eclipse J2EE version, the database is III , deployed on the Windows service 2021. System development using B/S structure, the client runs at above, the server running in Apache Tomcat . Starting from the actual application, step by step to plete the system main modules and their basic functions. Finally, the system has been tested and is operating normally.
