中文摘要 I 摘 要 本文介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外沖壓模具的研究和發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,分析了沖壓成型的特點(diǎn)。根據(jù)支撐板工件的設(shè)計(jì)要求,進(jìn)行了彎曲模具設(shè)計(jì)的前期準(zhǔn)備工作,制定了支撐板的彎曲工藝,并對(duì)模具零件進(jìn)行了相關(guān)尺寸計(jì)算。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 支撐板彎曲模,沖壓 , 模具設(shè)計(jì), 零件圖,裝配圖 XXXX 學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 英文摘要 II Abstract The research and development of stamping moulds at home and abroad were introduced and the characteristic of punch forming was analyzed in this paper. According to the design requirements of support plate flexure mould, the preparation of designing moulds has been done. The bending process of support plate was drawn up, and the size of related parts was calculated. According to the calculation results, the suitable equipments were selected and the assembly and part drawings were drawn. The relevant technical requirements were proposed, and the design process of bending die parts for support plate was discussed.
