According to the need of synthesis, the simplicity of operation as well as the yield , we pick and choose the reaction conditions. the final choice is the optimal synthetic route that 8benzyl2,8diazaspiro[]decan3one with antibacterial activity was synthesized from 1benzylpiperidin4one. The structures of all the final pounds and the important intermediate pounds have been confirmed by 1HNMR and LCMS analysis.
