Communication platform between instructors and students can make teaching more convenient between students and tutors. It mainly provides an information munication platform for them. It also can provide the sharing of learning information, good learning methods and other related information. This platform, based on the B/S structure, is developed with ASP Language and SQL database and runs on the Windows 2021 server operation system. It is divided into front ground and back ground. The front is used to presents information and the back one is to manage independently. The front can release or search the data of teachers and students, learning information and methods, the plaints to the teachers and so on. It can also modify the data of both teachers and students. The administrator can modify and delete the data of teachers and students, add and delete news sorts, add, modify, delete and remended news, answer and modify the messages and plaints. It provides a munication platform for teachers and students and makes it convenient for them to municate with each other. Key words: Information Management System。 SQL Server。新一代的數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)都或多或少帶上了 Inter 的特點(diǎn)。 在此互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的浪潮中，基于 B/S 的家教管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)允而生，傳統(tǒng)的家教作業(yè)已無法滿足現(xiàn)今的趨勢，利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)家教信息的交流已成為必然。 B/S 模式由瀏覽器、 web 服務(wù)器、應(yīng)用服務(wù)器、數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)器四個(gè)層次組成，是當(dāng)前世界先進(jìn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系結(jié)構(gòu)，是 C/S結(jié)構(gòu)的換代技術(shù)，代表了全球應(yīng)用軟件技術(shù)發(fā)展的必然趨勢； B/S 模式突破了傳統(tǒng)的文件共享模式，它具有很高的信息共享度。本家教交流平臺(tái)是一套操作簡單、應(yīng)用廣泛、擴(kuò)展行強(qiáng)的交流系統(tǒng) . 家教交流系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)越性在于對教，學(xué)員的資料進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)的管理，修改，添加，刪除都非常方便 ，查找教學(xué)員準(zhǔn)確資料非常方便；教學(xué)員間可互選；有統(tǒng)一的制度；學(xué)員及家長對教員不滿意可投訴；時(shí)間上的選擇非常靈活。 本家教交流平臺(tái)采用了目前較流行的 Web 應(yīng)用程序的開發(fā)語言 ASP， ASP因其與 Windows 良好的兼容性，尤其適用于開發(fā)中小型的商務(wù)網(wǎng)站。在資料管理方面采用 SQL server 大型數(shù)據(jù)庫。 2 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案 開發(fā)環(huán)境 系統(tǒng)開發(fā)環(huán)境的選擇對于系統(tǒng) 的建立來說至關(guān)重要，它將決定著系統(tǒng)開發(fā)工作量的大小，系統(tǒng)的性能特點(diǎn)以及系統(tǒng)今后的維護(hù)工作難易等。 硬件環(huán)境 服務(wù)器端的配置主要由建立站點(diǎn)所需的軟件來
