Key word:The PLC transportation light procedure report design 3 第一章 PLC 的特點(diǎn)及應(yīng)用 概述 可編程控制器（ Programmable Controller）是計(jì)算機(jī)家族中的一員，是為工業(yè)控制應(yīng)用而設(shè)計(jì)制造的。隨著技術(shù)的發(fā)展，這種裝置的功能已經(jīng)大大超過了邏輯控制的范圍，因此，今天這種裝置稱作可編程控制器，簡稱 PC。 PLC 的特點(diǎn) 1 可靠性高，抗干擾能力強(qiáng)； 2 通用性高，使用方便 ； 3 程序設(shè)計(jì)簡單，易學(xué)，易懂； 4 采用先進(jìn)的模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)，系統(tǒng)組合靈活方便； 5 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)周期短； 6 安裝簡便，調(diào)試方便，維護(hù)工作量??； 7 對生產(chǎn)工藝改變適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)，可進(jìn)行柔性生產(chǎn)； PLC 的應(yīng)用 目前， PLC 在國內(nèi)外已廣泛應(yīng)用于鋼鐵、石油、化工、電力、建材、機(jī)械制造、汽車、輕紡、交通運(yùn)輸、環(huán)保及文化娛樂等各個(gè)行業(yè)，使用情況大致可歸納為如下幾類。如注塑機(jī)、印刷機(jī)、訂書機(jī)械、組合機(jī)床、磨床、包裝生產(chǎn)線、電鍍流水線等。為了使可編程控制器處理模擬量，必須實(shí)現(xiàn)模擬量（ Analog）和數(shù)字量（ Digital）之間的 A/D 轉(zhuǎn)換及 D/A 轉(zhuǎn)換。 3 運(yùn)動(dòng)控制 PLC 可以用于圓周運(yùn)動(dòng)或直線運(yùn)動(dòng)的控制。如可驅(qū)動(dòng)步進(jìn)電機(jī)或伺服電機(jī)的單軸或多軸位置控制模塊。 4 過程控制 過程控制是指對溫度、壓力、流量等模擬量的閉環(huán)控制。 PID 調(diào)節(jié)是一般閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)中用得較多的調(diào)節(jié)方法。 PID 處理一般是運(yùn)行專用的 PID 子程序。 5 數(shù)據(jù)處理 現(xiàn)代 PLC 具有數(shù)學(xué)運(yùn)算（含矩陣運(yùn)算、函數(shù)運(yùn)算、邏輯運(yùn)算）、數(shù) 據(jù)傳送、數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換、排序、查表、位操作等功能，可以完成數(shù)據(jù)的采集、分析及處理。數(shù)據(jù)
