With the rapid development of puter technology, the programmable controller to emerge as the times require. And the function is more and more powerful. In the application of, PLC with other equipment unparalleled superiority, it has high reliability, high antiinterference ability。 programming convenient, easy to use。 control system design, installation, convenient debugging。 has the advantages of small volume, light weight, and is easy to realize the integration of mechanical and electrical. Mail sorting mail distribution is a key link in the basis, it refers to the mail address. Quickly, accurately sent to different locations of the messages from the other mail by postal code sorting out, and accurate, timely delivery of the message destination. This paper introduces the use of PLC control technology to realize the mail sorting system. Analysis of the mail processing automation to realize the method and the process of design, mail automation equipment has a certain reference value.
