This program will be overseen through quarterly assessments and remendations of opportunity and risk . Impact Assessment/Remendations ? Plan for implementing leadership and ownership ? Activities for implementing cascading sponsorship ? Network and infrastructure within which the cascading sponsors operate and municate ? Orientation and periodic education and status sessions with sponsors ? Packet of information for each role which brings together a definition of the role, its responsibilities, performance measures, skills, etc. ? The Organization/Job Redesign program will identify the anizational and job implications of the Share Service Finance Organization, processes and IT system. At one level, this includes analyzing the overall structure and workflows associated with each department and making remendations for changes to achieve the benefits of Shared Service Organization.
