擬采用的設(shè)計(jì)流程1. USBASBR法流程 因?yàn)橛弥挥肬ASB處理啤酒廢水出水的COD5仍然打不到廢水排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),故將UASB和SBR兩種處理單元進(jìn)行組合,所形成的處理工藝突出了各自處理單元的優(yōu)點(diǎn),使處理流程簡潔,節(jié)省了運(yùn)行費(fèi)用,而把UASB作為整個(gè)廢水達(dá)標(biāo)排放的一個(gè)預(yù)處理單元,在降低廢水濃度的同時(shí),可回收所產(chǎn)沼氣作為能源利用。這些處理方法與工藝各有其特點(diǎn)和不足之處,但各自都有較為成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。二、 國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀 “七五”以來,我國對啤酒廢水的處理工藝和技術(shù)進(jìn)行了大量的研究和探索,特別是輕工業(yè)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)院和科研單位,對啤酒廢水的處理進(jìn)行了各方面的試驗(yàn)、研究和實(shí)踐,取得了行之有效的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),逐漸形成了以生化為主、生化與物化相結(jié)合的處理工藝。由于啤酒廢水中含有大量的有機(jī)物,排放對自然水體的影響非常大。本設(shè)計(jì)工藝流程為:啤酒廢水 → 格柵 → 污水提升泵房 → 調(diào)節(jié)沉淀池 → UASB反應(yīng)器→ SBR池 →處理水整個(gè)工藝具有總投資少,處理效果好,工藝簡單,占地面積省,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,能耗少的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。一級(jí)處理主要采用物理法,用來去除污水中的懸浮物質(zhì)和無機(jī)物。因該廢水BOD值較大,不經(jīng)處理會(huì)對環(huán)境造成巨大污染,故要求處理后的排放水要嚴(yán)格達(dá)到國家二級(jí)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),即:BOD≤30mg/ L,COD≤100mg/ L,SS≤70mg/ L。該啤酒廢水處理廠的處理水量為4000,不考慮遠(yuǎn)期發(fā)展。設(shè)計(jì)程度為初步設(shè)計(jì)。AbstractThis design is one beer waste water treatment. The degree of the design is in a preliminary phase. The main distinguishing feature of the beer waste water is that it contains the massive organic matters, so it belongs to the high concentration organic waste water, therefore its biochemical oxygen demand is also high.The water which needs to treatment in the beer waste water treatment plant is 3000, regardless of the specified future development. Various target in the raw waste water is: the concentration of BOD is 960mg/L, the concentration of COD is 2500mg/L, the concentration of SS is 500mg/L. For the beer waste water39。s BOD is high, it could pollute the enviroment if drained before treatment, so it request the beer waste water which drained must be strictly treated to the two effluence standard in the country, which is as following: BOD≤30mg/ L, COD≤100mg/ L, SS≤70mg/ L.After the analysis, the quality of this processing water belongs to the waste water that easy biology degrade and not have the obvious poison, could use two levels of biological treatments to cause the water drained meet the designated standard. First level of processing mainly uses the physical methods, which removes the suspended matter and the inorganic substance in the levels of processing mainly uses the biology methods, consists of UASB of demand oxygen biology methods and SBR of anaerobic oxygen biology methods, which could remove BOD, CODin the waste water.
