China’s hotels keep at highly separate status, which will face huge petitive pressure to survive in the 21st century. Establishing or joining in china’s own hotel conglomerates and improve their petitive power, will be the only way to survive and develop for china’s hotel. This paper ,first ,give a simple introduction of hotel conglomerating, review the process of china’s hotel conglomerating, The result shows: The exploration on hotel conglomerating in China hotel industry haven’t show favorable effect over the past thirty years. There also have some obstacles on the way.
