Development of planting technologies for green food vegetables or organic vegetables (including edible fungi and melons), dried and fresh fruit, and tea, and relevant production3. Development of new planting technologies for crops, such as sugar crops, fruit trees and pasture, and relevant production4. Production of flowers and construction and operation of nurseries5. Planting of rubber trees, oil palm, sisal and coffee6. Planting or breeding of Chinese medicinal materials (limited to Chineseforeign equity or contractual joint ventures)7. Processing of special natural fibers (including but not limited to cashmere and other special animal fibers, bast and leaf fibers, silk, and colored cotton) that satisfy the ecological, prehensive resource utilization and environmental protection requirements4. Single production line for chemical wood pulp with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons or more or single production line for chemimechanical wood pulp with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons or more, mainly using overseas timber resources, and the production lines for highgrade paper or paperboard built simultaneously (limited to Chineseforeign equity or contractual joint ventures)(IX) Petroleum Processing, Coking and Nuclear Fuel Processing1.
