Besides, this dissertation probes into some important problems as Chinese athletes human capital formation, its investigation, connotation of athletes human capital ownership, benefit sharing, construction of the ownership system. Through this study, a theoretical system of Chinese athletes human capital and its ownership has been constructed. And some strategic remendations on Chinese atheletes human capital ownership protection have been proposed. Here are the basic conclusions of the study： 1 Atheletes human capital belongs to technical human capital. The main content is the production capacity of economic value cohered to the atheletes. It means the manual capacity of the atheletes working on the process of sports production. And it is developed by the work of the atheletes. The direct form of its expression is the atheletes’petitive capacity. And the innate character of the atheletes human capital is physical dependence. 2 The main part of our country’investors concludes nation, private pany and the national investments are the dominant power of the three as its huge amount and its widespread field. But the investment risk of it is not high and the cost is shared by all sectors of the society. The private pany investments is with simple forms and with narrow ranges. To some sense, its investments have some risks and the opportunity cost of its investments is high. While with the individual investments, it concludes both money and time input, and material and spiritual input. What’s more, it has high risks and the opportunity cost of its investments is higher. 3 The property of athletes is a kind of behavior right,Its essence is a reflection of the social and economic relations of people. Its anization contains right of possession, usage, profit and disposition. Under the existed system in China, our country has the plete control right to the manpower capital of the professional anthletes. The plexity of 4 formation of the manpower capital of the anthletes and deficiency of property right system led to the situation that the property right of athletes in our country has a blured scale, weak protection and some problems in its operation. 4 The property system of coexistence of the private and mon property right of athletes with the characteristics of “clear belonging, exact responsibilities, strict protection and smooth operation” is the necessary pattern of the construction of property right of athletes in our country in market economy. Under the background of socialist market economy, to admit the existence of private property right of manpower capital of athletes and create the multiple property right system bining with mon property right has built a foundation for each party participating in the allocation of manpower capital of athletes and realizing equality and efficiency.
