The design contents includes to introduce the development process of the injection mould technique and the design of the injection moulds. The design calculation of the plastic mould includes the structure design of the mould , the selecting of plastic injection mould machine ,and the pour system design, and so on.The design of the products is 30% glass fiber reinforced nylon. UG to plete the product model using threedimensional model, using CAD to plete the assembly drawing and parts drawing.
