淀粉是一種十分重要的天然高分子,具有來源廣泛、價格低廉和可生物降解等優(yōu)點,是制備生物可降解材料的理想原料。天然淀粉以淀粉粒的形式存在, 具有很高的結(jié)晶度(2045 %)。通過添加分子的增塑劑,在熱和剪切的作用下可制備熱塑性淀粉材料。 目前,大量的研究工作都集中在改善熱塑性淀粉的力學性能上,本文使用轉(zhuǎn)矩流變儀,在增塑劑的存在下制備了熱塑性淀粉。以水和甘油為增塑劑制備的熱塑性淀粉,再與聚乳酸共混,對熱塑性淀粉進行改性,并對其進行力學性能測試及其表征。 關(guān)鍵詞:熱塑性淀粉,塑化,聚乳酸,共混,,復合材料 Thermoplastic starchbased nanoposites and their structure and properties Abstract: Starch is a very important natural polymer, has a wide variety of sources, low cost and biodegradable advantages, is the ideal raw material preparation of biodegradable materials.
