【正文】 :理工類設(shè)計(jì)(論文)正文字?jǐn)?shù)不少于 1 萬字(不包括圖紙、程序清單等) ,文科類論文正文字?jǐn)?shù)不少于 萬字。、圖表要求:1)文字通順,語言流暢,書寫字跡工整,打印字體及大小符合要求,無錯(cuò)別字,不準(zhǔn)請他人代寫2)工程設(shè)計(jì)類題目的圖紙,要求部分用尺規(guī)繪制,部分用計(jì)算機(jī)繪制,所有圖紙應(yīng)符合國家技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范。它具有靈敏度高、使用頻帶寬、信噪比高、結(jié)構(gòu)簡量輕、工作可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。文章首先介紹了壓電傳感器的理論基礎(chǔ)即壓電效應(yīng),壓電材料,壓電方程以及壓電傳感器的等效電路。一是 PDVF 壓電式傳感即由一種新型壓電材料 PDVF 薄膜制作的傳感器,分別闡述了 PDVF 薄膜的優(yōu)點(diǎn),壓電特性,用其制作的正余弦壓電式傳感器以及 PDVF 壓電式傳感器測量振動(dòng)梁的物理量的工作原理。關(guān)鍵詞:壓電式傳感;IEPE加速計(jì);加速度傳感器;PDVF壓電模 AbstractThe piezoelectric sensor is a kind of typically spontaneous electricity sensor. It has the advantages of high sensitivity, wide frequency band, high signaltonoise ratio, simple in structure, and reliable lightweight etc. And the piezoelectric sensors are constantly to intelligent development.This paper introduces the basic theory of piezoelectric sensors which are piezoelectric effect, piezoelectric materials, piezoelectric equation and piezoelectric sensor equivalent circuit. Then it introduces two kinds of piezoelectric sensors. One is PDVF piezoelectric sensor which is made by a new type of piezoelectric materials. It respectively explains the advantages of PDVF film, piezoelectric properties, cosine and sine PDVF piezoelectric sensor and the use of measuring vibrates beam.
