The main achievement of control are that starting the conveyor belt, material level control and temperature control. The hardware of the system includes two parts, threetier work of Rockwell PLCbased integrated framework and the objects include conveyor belt, coal bunker and Boiler the Nextbit machine, programming PLC and frequency converter on the use of RSLogix 5000、 using the work configuration software Networks to plan and municatting through RSLink systerm run in accordance with the actual coal thermal power plant. The full realization of the entire work of munication requirements, the system is running normally, successfully simulating a coal thermal power plant control system. This article provides a detailed diagram of the hardware connection 、port plans and procedures , hope these can provide an example for the teaching demonstration.
