But for the medium and small enterprises in China speaking, this is a perfect opportunity, which is beneficial to the development of learning the advanced technology of developed countries and improves our management level, and constantly improves the quality of enterprise, increase petition ability. Small and mediumsized enterprises to promote economic and social development, prosperity and social market economy, the effect is very important to the national economy play a vital role.
