型減速箱箱體加工工藝和雙面組合鏜床及其夾具設(shè)計。首先,對零件進行分析,簡要分析變速箱的作用及其工藝情況。針對被加工孔的特點,制訂加工工序圖、加工示意圖及其雙面組合鏜床的總體設(shè)計,其中包括動力部件和其他通用部件的選用。我采用的是用六塊支承板作為工件的支承,定位機構(gòu)采用可升降的托輥機構(gòu)來代替伸縮式定位銷,簡化了設(shè)計伸縮式定位銷的工作量,縮減了設(shè)計時間。關(guān)鍵詞:減速箱箱體;加工工藝;組合機床;夾具English
