備。堆垛機(jī)能夠在自動(dòng)化立體的巷道中來回穿梭運(yùn)行,將位于巷道口的貨物存入貨格或者將位于貨格內(nèi)的貨物取出并運(yùn)送到巷道口。它是在不直接進(jìn)行人工干預(yù)的情況下自動(dòng)地存儲(chǔ)和取出物流的系統(tǒng)。立體式倉儲(chǔ)堆垛機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)作者姓名:XXXXX專業(yè)名稱:機(jī)械工程及自動(dòng)化指導(dǎo)教師:XXXXXX 講師45 / 50摘要自動(dòng)化立體倉庫是現(xiàn)代物流隨經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生的新型物流系統(tǒng)。旨在利用電力科學(xué)驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)械設(shè)備解放人力,提高生產(chǎn)率,降低生產(chǎn)成本。它是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)社會(huì)發(fā)展的高科技產(chǎn)物。近年來,隨著企業(yè)對(duì)生產(chǎn)與管理認(rèn)識(shí)的不斷提高,物流系統(tǒng)的改善與合理性對(duì)企業(yè)的發(fā)展也至關(guān)重要。本文依據(jù)在學(xué)校實(shí)驗(yàn)室自動(dòng)化立體倉庫,詳細(xì)論述了堆垛機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)方案,對(duì)其中的貨架、堆垛機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)和貨叉機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。首先,提出各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案;其次,對(duì)各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)的受力情況進(jìn)行了分析并計(jì)算,然后估算初取值,再進(jìn)行校核,最后確定各個(gè)實(shí)際值。關(guān)鍵詞:自動(dòng)化立體倉庫 貨架 堆垛機(jī)AbstractAutomated Warehouse is a newly logistics system exploited with the development of the modern science and economy which aims at using mechanical equipment to liberate human effort , increase productivity and reduce production costs. While its saving and taking out goods ,manual intervention is needless .It is hightech product in the development of modern industrial society.Stackers can run back and forth in the automated threedimensional roadway, putting the goods located at the mouth of roadway into the cargo boxes or delivering the goods to the mouth of roadway after taking them out from cargo recent years, with the continuous improvement of enterprise knowledge on production and management, improvement and rationality of logistics system is also vital to enterprise39。Secondly, the force of the each ponents are analyzed and calculated. Then the actual values have been put out after estimating and checking the data .
