【正文】 高，我國會計人員不斷面對來自市場、公眾、政府、新知識、新技術(shù)、新技能、新法規(guī)等多方面的挑戰(zhàn)。目前我國有各類會計人員1200多萬人，進(jìn)行后續(xù)教育是會計隊伍建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容，又是一項艱巨復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程。如何結(jié)合我國實際情況來加強會計人員的后續(xù)教育，這是擺在當(dāng)前會計理論界與實務(wù)界面前的一個重大課題。另外，目前部分會計行業(yè)人員還沒有充分認(rèn)識到遵守職業(yè)道德的重要性，沒有認(rèn)識到違背職業(yè)道德，失去社會公眾信賴對整個會計行業(yè)的災(zāi)難性后果，在后續(xù)教育中加強職業(yè)道德教育已刻不容緩，要作為一項長期而艱巨的工作來做好。關(guān)鍵詞: 后續(xù)教育 遠(yuǎn)程教育 終身學(xué)習(xí)Theory Of Accountants Followup Education ABSTRACT With the socioeconomic development requirements of the accounting information quality continuously improve our accounting staff have been facing from the market, the public, government, new knowledge, new technologies, new skills, new laws and regulations, and many other challenges.
