The processing is BOFLFCC. The steelmaking plant is the main design project, the top and bottom blowing converter was selected. Based on the converter material balance and heat balance calculation, we pleted the main equipment for steelmaking plant selection and design parameters, and the pletion of the main equipment selection, the design of steelmaking process. Furthermore, the technical economy parameters was calculated, the main process plant layout and equipment layout were designed.
