本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)年產(chǎn) 320 萬噸合格鑄坯的轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼車間工藝設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)總說明本設(shè)計(jì)根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書的要求,結(jié)合所學(xué)專業(yè)理論知識(shí),對(duì)煉鋼廠從原料供給到煉鋼過程,最后到連鑄出坯等流程進(jìn)行了全面的設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)鋼種及車間規(guī)模,選擇的工藝流程是:BOFLFCC 。設(shè)計(jì)以煉鋼車間為主體,并重點(diǎn)針對(duì)頂?shù)讖?fù)吹轉(zhuǎn)爐。在轉(zhuǎn)爐物料平衡和熱平衡計(jì)算的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)煉鋼車間的主要設(shè)備型號(hào)及參數(shù)進(jìn)行了選擇和設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)車間人員編制及技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,并且完成了主體設(shè)備選擇、煉鋼工藝設(shè)計(jì)、主廠房工藝布置和設(shè)備布置工作。編寫說明書一份,繪制轉(zhuǎn)爐爐型圖、車間平面圖和剖面圖各一張,完成專題寫作及外文翻譯。關(guān)鍵詞:轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼車間;工藝設(shè)計(jì);物料平衡及熱平衡計(jì)算;爐外精煉;連鑄 Designing of the BOF Steelmaking Processing for the Annual Output of SlabAccording to the design requirements of the mission statement, bined with the theoretical knowledge, from raw material supply to the steel making process, a slab continuous casting processing was designed. The processing is BOFLFCC. The steelmaking plant is the main design project, the top and bottom blowing converter was selected. Based on the converter material balance and heat balance calculation, we pleted the main equipment for steelmaking plant selection and design parameters, and the pletion of the main equipment selection, the design of steelmaking process. Furthermore, the technical economy parameters was calculated, the main process plant layout and equipment layout were designed.
