middle product Na2MoO4 is produced, and it can be used as fluxing agent。 fluorescence lifetime of poundacid molybdate phosphate can reach to , with the property of high energy storage。 WO42 can inhomogeneous broaden the absorption bandwidth, which can reach to 80nm, and the absroption spectrum contains the emission spectrum of 980nm LD pumped source. Because it has big emission crosssection and wide absorption, emission bandwidth for femtosecond laser, the disordered structure for high concentration doped with Yb3+, and the feature of selftuning by birefringent. Though, these excellent properties interested lots of scientist, it also has the problem of layered structure, difficult to grow and bad thermal property etc.In this paper, we concluded the research results of molybdate at home and abroad. In order to modify the property of molybdate, we made the research plan of using the WO42and PO43 to synthesis the poundacid ions material. Then we gain some important conclusions: have grown five types of doublemolybdatetungstate, doublemolybdatephosphate and quadruplemolybdatetungstate polycrystalline materials and crystal by heating furnace and czochralski furnace。本文在綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外鉬酸鹽晶體研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,利用鎢酸根離子和磷酸根離子改性鉬酸鹽來(lái)生長(zhǎng)復(fù)合酸鹽型激光晶體。暨南大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文I大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文題名:新型摻鐿鉬酸鹽類(lèi)激光晶體的生長(zhǎng)及發(fā)光特性研究The Research on Growth and Optical Property of Novel Molybdate Laser Crystal Doped with Ytterbium摘要摻鐿(Yb 3+)鉬酸鹽類(lèi)激光晶體材料是目前國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的熱點(diǎn),它具有飛秒激光器所需要的大的發(fā)射截面和寬的吸收、發(fā)射帶寬,有 Yb3+高濃度摻雜所需的結(jié)構(gòu)無(wú)序性,還有雙折射自調(diào)諧的特征,引起了眾多科研工作者極大的興趣。但是,該類(lèi)材料也存在分層結(jié)構(gòu)、生長(zhǎng)困難和熱性能差等缺點(diǎn)。通過(guò)研究分析取得以下成果:、二倍鉬酸磷酸鹽以及四倍鉬酸鎢酸鹽多晶和單晶材料; XRD 結(jié)構(gòu)和物相分析、DSCTG 熱性能分析、吸收光譜特性分析、熒光光譜特性和熒光壽命的計(jì)算分析;,最寬可以達(dá)到 80nm,并且其吸收譜與 980nmLD 泵浦激光器的發(fā)射譜非常吻合,可以間接的改善晶體的熱效應(yīng); I41/a 空間群,而二倍鉬酸磷酸鹽晶體則屬于正交晶系的 Ibca 空間群; ms 量級(jí),具有高儲(chǔ)能的特點(diǎn);,而單晶材料主要利用提拉法來(lái)生長(zhǎng),其中四倍鉬酸鹽 Na5La(MoO4)4 最易結(jié)晶,利用提拉法生長(zhǎng)出了小尺寸的單晶材料;,伴隨有中間產(chǎn)物 Na2MoO4 的生成,使固相反應(yīng)原料失配,但它也起到了助熔劑的作用;,提出了下一步的工作方案。 characterize the five materials respectively by XRD for structure and chemical phase, DSCTG for melting point and thermal property, absorption and emission spectrum。 poundacid molybdatetungstate belongs to I41/a space group of tetragonal system and the poundacid molybdate phosphate belongs to Ibca space group of orthorhombic system。 polycrystalline materials is synthesized by melting and TSSG and the crystal was grown by CZ method. And the Na5La(MoO4)4 is easy to crystallize。 8. the future work plan is presented.
