基本概念無(wú)模多點(diǎn)成形壓力機(jī)是傳統(tǒng)模具成形生產(chǎn)方式的重大創(chuàng)新。使用該項(xiàng)產(chǎn)品,不需要模具,可以省去模具的設(shè)計(jì)、制造和調(diào)試工序,節(jié)約制造模具的材料、工具、能源和時(shí)間等,將生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間縮短為模具成形時(shí)的幾十分之一。該機(jī)應(yīng)用范圍廣泛,可滿足各種行業(yè)板類件的加工需要,可用于高速列車流線型車頭、飛機(jī)、各種車輛、航天器、輪船艦艇和壓力容器等外殼的制造,還可用于葉片類、金屬雕塑類、裝飾類等零部件的曲面成形。該技術(shù)利用一系列規(guī)則排列的、高度可調(diào)的基本體,通過(guò)對(duì)各基本體運(yùn)動(dòng)的實(shí)時(shí)控制,自由地構(gòu)造出成形面,實(shí)現(xiàn)板材的三維曲面成形。傳統(tǒng)成形和無(wú)模多點(diǎn)成形的區(qū)別如(圖
