【正文】 （二）下模：下模是用直徑200mm，厚度為10mm的空心鋼管截出一個(gè)50mm*70mm的截面，兩端為直徑200mm的圓形鋼板焊接在鋼管兩端，中心開一個(gè)直徑40mm的軸孔。本設(shè)計(jì)由于不考慮電氣部分，所以不做考慮。本次設(shè)計(jì)只針對(duì)機(jī)械部分設(shè)計(jì)，在設(shè)計(jì)過程中我們對(duì)電熱管模型只做模型設(shè)計(jì)，具體參數(shù)不做設(shè)計(jì)考慮。截至目前只有河南全新機(jī)電設(shè)備有限公司生產(chǎn)熱壓型壓（成）型機(jī)是電機(jī)線圈模壓的工藝裝備，除此之外，沒有該類工藝裝備。所以本設(shè)計(jì)需要設(shè)計(jì)一臺(tái)通用性較好電機(jī)線圈模壓設(shè)備——電機(jī)線圈模壓機(jī)。當(dāng)然通過更換壓鐵可以適用于少數(shù)其他尺寸的線圈，本設(shè)計(jì)不做研究。目前隨著現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模的逐漸增大、與之相配套的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備也在向著大型化、高運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速率方向發(fā)展，因而拖動(dòng)大型設(shè)備的電動(dòng)機(jī)功率也越來越大，高電壓等級(jí)、高功率、大容量、高性能電機(jī)已經(jīng)成為最重要的方向之一，這促使電機(jī)生產(chǎn)行業(yè)紛紛向高壓電機(jī)行業(yè)靠攏，以提高其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。電機(jī)儼然成為機(jī)電行業(yè)的核心技術(shù)，并且電機(jī)的通用性逐漸向?qū)Ｓ眯苑较虬l(fā)展，打破了過去同一類電機(jī)適用于不同性質(zhì)、場(chǎng)合的局面。關(guān)鍵詞： 電機(jī)線圈 模壓機(jī) 蝸輪蝸桿 絲杠傳動(dòng) 軸 受力分析1AbstractMotor as the power equipment foundation, in recent years to maintain steady and rapid growth in recent years, a number of policy and industrial planning, accelerate the development of the motor to the direction of energy saving. Molding machine adjusting coil angle through worm, coil width by adjusting screw, can meet most of the needs of production coil.
