關(guān)處理工藝后,出水達(dá)到排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 本課題研究的主要內(nèi)容: (1)污染治理工藝的選擇:需采用先進(jìn)的工藝與設(shè)備,并兼顧經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性,治理后達(dá)標(biāo)。 (2)工藝計(jì)算包括:物料衡算,效率,達(dá)標(biāo)驗(yàn)算。 (4)系統(tǒng)布置圖包括:系統(tǒng)圖,平面圖, 剖面圖,高程圖,尺寸標(biāo)注。 (6)輔助設(shè)備選型計(jì)算包括配套水泵等。提交的成果:(1)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)正文一篇;(2)圖紙至少六張;(3)至少一篇引用的外文文獻(xiàn)及其譯文:(4)附不少于10篇主要參考文獻(xiàn)的題錄及摘要。UASB主要組成部分是反應(yīng)器。并對(duì)主要構(gòu)筑物UASB 池,接觸氧化池做了 詳細(xì)的說明。采用此工藝,不但使處理流程簡(jiǎn)潔,也節(jié)省了運(yùn)行費(fèi)用,在降低廢水濃度的同時(shí),還可以回收在處理過程中所產(chǎn)沼氣作為能源的利用。 關(guān)鍵字 : 啤酒工業(yè) 廢水處理 UASB CASS 反應(yīng)器 Abstract Being a liquid containing high organic pollutants, brewery wastewater may not only lead to environmental pollution,but also decreas e the utilization ratio of raw material used in beer production.
