要本論文對(duì)房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目可行性研究分析進(jìn)行了探討性研究,并利用可行性研究點(diǎn)相關(guān)理論及方法對(duì)河南省駐馬店市房地產(chǎn)業(yè)點(diǎn)一個(gè)具體案例進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的可行性分析。本文是一篇采用經(jīng)營(yíng)管理理論與房地產(chǎn)業(yè)點(diǎn)具體實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,解決房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè)存在的實(shí)際問題,提供房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目可行性分析點(diǎn)參考性點(diǎn)論文,具有一定的代表性和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。其次,介紹了房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目可行性分析的概念及作用,并給出了規(guī)范的可行性分析應(yīng)包括的步驟流程及可行性報(bào)告應(yīng)涵蓋的具體內(nèi)容。最后,得出了該項(xiàng)目可行性分析的結(jié)論,并對(duì)存在的問題提出了相關(guān)的建議。s
