典型零件的加工工藝分析及數(shù)控編程典型零件的加工工藝分析及數(shù)控編程引言中國(guó)是一個(gè)制造大國(guó),制造業(yè)是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),根據(jù)其增加值統(tǒng)計(jì)占超過(guò)中國(guó) GDP的 40%,與先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)是制造業(yè)的重要組成部分,是在中國(guó)制造的低端的瓶頸,具體表現(xiàn)在數(shù)控人才空置嚴(yán)重。二十世紀(jì)是科學(xué)技術(shù)的突飛猛進(jìn),在世紀(jì)不斷取得突破,傳統(tǒng)的制造業(yè)已經(jīng)不能滿(mǎn)足社會(huì)的需求,它是數(shù)控技術(shù)時(shí)代的全面發(fā)展。從第二十個(gè)世紀(jì)以來(lái),數(shù)控技術(shù)的出現(xiàn),數(shù)控機(jī)床在機(jī)械制造業(yè)帶來(lái)了革命性的變化?,F(xiàn)代數(shù)控機(jī)床是一種高度機(jī)電一體化的產(chǎn)品,適用于多品種小批量零件,結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,精度高的零件,需要縮短生產(chǎn)周期的零件和零件 control,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng) NC)機(jī)床。此種程序控制系統(tǒng),即數(shù)控系統(tǒng)。數(shù)控機(jī)床的組成:主機(jī)、CNC、驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置、數(shù)控機(jī)床的輔助裝置、編程機(jī)器及其他一些附屬設(shè)備。根據(jù)不同的零件加工要求,有鉆床、銑床、磨床、車(chē)床、鏜床、重型機(jī)床、電加工機(jī)床及其它類(lèi)型機(jī)床。2)CNC 裝置是數(shù)控機(jī)床的核心,用于實(shí)現(xiàn)輸入數(shù)字化的零件程序,并完成輸入信息的存儲(chǔ)、數(shù)據(jù)的變換、運(yùn)算插補(bǔ)和實(shí)現(xiàn)各種控制功能。 數(shù)控銑床、車(chē)削加工簡(jiǎn)介數(shù)控銑床和數(shù)控車(chē)床一樣,都是在一般銑床和車(chē)床的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來(lái)的,兩者的加工工藝基本相同,結(jié)構(gòu)也有些相似,但是數(shù)控銑床是靠程序控制的自動(dòng)加工的機(jī)床,因而其結(jié)構(gòu)和普通銑床又有很大的區(qū)別。適合箱體、立體曲面、型腔等非回轉(zhuǎn)體零件的加工。數(shù)控銑床及其加工中心的編程有刀具半徑自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償、刀具長(zhǎng)度自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償和孔加工固定循環(huán)指令。它主要用于加工盤(pán)類(lèi)和軸類(lèi)等回轉(zhuǎn)攀枝花學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)
