年 級(jí) 2022 專 業(yè) 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自 動(dòng)化 系?。ㄔ海? 機(jī)械工程學(xué)院 指導(dǎo)教師 2022 年 3 月 1 日摘要此論文主要講述的是光纖清潔器殼體注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì),它是成型塑件的一種重要工藝裝備。注塑成型是利用塑料的可擠壓性和可模塑性,對(duì)塑料加熱使其處于粘流狀態(tài),在一定壓力的閉合模具中成型具有一定形狀和尺寸的塑件制品。根據(jù)其技術(shù)要求和使用要求,選擇塑料種類為 ABS,再根據(jù)塑料的形狀質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)批量,選擇 SZ60 注塑成型機(jī)。此模具采用一模一腔,二次分型,通過彈簧、階梯定距桿、橡膠脹套等機(jī)構(gòu)順序開模。型芯和型腔采用冷卻水槽結(jié)構(gòu)的冷卻系統(tǒng),采用各零件間隙排氣,可有限避免缺陷。最后繪制模具非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件圖,經(jīng)全面審核后投產(chǎn)制造。 which is an important equipment of plastic forming. Injection molding is to make glutinous fusibility form required plastic product with designed shape and size in closed molds under needed pressure by means of plastic extrusion and plasticity. The plastic product is a outer covering for a box body. According to its technical request and used request, ABS is to be closed as its material. According to its designed shape and the numbers of the products, we choose the SZ60 cast shaper. At the same time, we use the mold spot runner as the request of the beautiful of the surface and the quality of the products .This mold uses a mold cavity, two minute leaves ,make the congels the material out of the mold ,then,push the products out of the mold . The core and the cavity uses the cooling water system, tuck to exhaust the gas, but avoids the flaw. After ascertaining the project of the structure of the mould, protract mouldfitting drawing.
