【正文】 過程，包括用戶對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)信息資源的需求分析、網(wǎng)上農(nóng)業(yè)信息資源的采集分析、網(wǎng)上農(nóng)業(yè)信息資源的分類。第五部分：根據(jù)文章的理論分析，提出建立整合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)農(nóng)業(yè)信息資源的網(wǎng)站 —— 虛擬農(nóng)業(yè)圖書館，具體闡述了虛擬農(nóng)業(yè)圖書館的建設(shè)與管理。在理論和調(diào)查分析的基礎(chǔ)上提出了完善我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)農(nóng)業(yè)信息資源建設(shè)的管理體制和技術(shù)方面的對(duì)策。 【英文摘要】 With the development of information technology and work technology, there is a great increase of agricultural information resources on the Inter. Thus, effectively integrating and making use of them has been an urgent research project. The present paper has a theoretical analysis of the process of integrating the agriculture work information resources. It then puts forward some countermeasures of the management systems and the technique against the insufficiencies during the utilization of the present paper is posed of six parts. The first part is an introduction, elaborating on the source of the problem, the purpose and significance of the research, major contents of the research, the present research status at home and abroad, and major research methods.
