REQUIREMENTS 材料檢驗(yàn)要求 凡運(yùn)到施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的材料包括半成品、構(gòu)配件，進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)前應(yīng)向 XXX區(qū)域監(jiān)理部提交《工程物資進(jìn)場(chǎng)報(bào)驗(yàn)表》，見附表 A9。 Before entering the construction site, all EPC contractor or construction contractor materials and equipment etc shall be provided w ith exwork certificate of conformance. 質(zhì)量證明文件 Quality documents 質(zhì)量證明文件包括但不限于：材料、設(shè)備生產(chǎn)廠質(zhì)量部門出具的質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告原件、技術(shù)資料、重要部位原材料還應(yīng)提供物理、化學(xué)性能檢測(cè)報(bào)告等。 This procedure shall be used by EPC contractor or construction contractor to apply to XXX for inspections and acceptances on asreceived materials, structural members and equipment entering the construction site during the construction process so as to satisfy relevant PRC construction standards, acceptance codes, uniform project quality acceptance standards, and project design documents.
