REQUIREMENTS 材料檢驗(yàn)要求 凡運(yùn)到施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的材料包括半成品、構(gòu)配件，進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)前應(yīng)向 XXX區(qū)域監(jiān)理部提交《工程物資進(jìn)場(chǎng)報(bào)驗(yàn)表》，見附表 A9。滿足中國(guó)政府對(duì)工程建設(shè)強(qiáng)制性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條文、施工驗(yàn)收規(guī)范、工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以 及項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)文件的要求。 The product exwork certificate of conformance and technical instructions (original) and inspection or test reports (original) for materials which are requested to be inspected shall be provided at the same time w ith the submital of inspection application form. These original copies shall be kept by EPC contractor or construction contractor, and those submitted to XXX should be originals or copies w ith aditional stamps by the original manufacturer. EPC 承包商或 C承包商應(yīng)確保任何進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的材料、設(shè)備滿足相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，為此承包商有責(zé)任提交能說明其滿足質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的任何技術(shù)文件和檢驗(yàn)或試驗(yàn)報(bào)告。 After the equipment enters the cosntruction site, the XXX engineer shall anize the contractor to carry out related inspections, within specified timing, which shall be attended by supplier representative. The inspection and acceptance shall be conducted as per equipment list and technical instructions, related quality control documetns provided by the supplier.
