地質(zhì)勘查施工項目風險分級管理-展示頁

【正文】 ng ) 1 / 78聲 明本人聲明所呈交的論文是我個人在導師指導下進行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。盡我所知,除了文中特別加以標注和致謝的地方外,論文中不包含其他人已經(jīng)發(fā)表或撰寫過的研究成果,也不包含為獲得中國地質(zhì)大學或其它教育機構(gòu)的學位或證書而使用過的材料。 簽 名: 日 期: 關(guān)于論文使用授權(quán)的說明本人完全了解中國地質(zhì)大學有關(guān)保留、使用學位論文的規(guī)定,即:學校有權(quán)保留送交論文的復印件,允許論文被查閱和借閱;學校可以公布論文的全部或部分內(nèi)容,可以采用影印、縮印或其他復制手段保存論文。作為基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)和基礎(chǔ)工作的地質(zhì)勘察是國家建設(shè)經(jīng)濟、發(fā)展國防和基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)不可或缺的。為幫助地勘單位改進項目安全管理模式,實現(xiàn)風險分級管理,同時為提高安全管理效率提供科學的方法和手段,本文首先介紹了地質(zhì)勘查項目施工的基本程序和分項工程,以事故致因理論為基礎(chǔ)從人的不安全行為、物的不安全狀態(tài)、不良的環(huán)境條件和管理缺陷四個方面對地質(zhì)勘查施工項目存在的危險源進行了辨識分析,結(jié)合施工特點對地質(zhì)勘查項目施工中的物體擊打、車輛事故、機器傷害、起重損害、電擊、溺亡、火患、高處掉落、中毒和窒息等9種事故的規(guī)律進行了研究,然后根據(jù)安全系統(tǒng)工程理論從人、技、物、環(huán)、管五個方面對地質(zhì)勘查綜合安全評價指標進行了提煉,確定了26個綜合安全評價指標,利用層次分析法并通過專家咨詢、收集資料和實際調(diào)研確定了各綜合安全評價指標的權(quán)重,建立了安全風險評價模型,最后根據(jù)風險評價模型制訂了地質(zhì)勘查項目風險評分表,劃分了安全風險等級,并結(jié)合工程實際應用評估結(jié)果從安全工程技術(shù)、安全教育和安全管理三個方面制訂了對策措施。關(guān)鍵詞:地質(zhì)勘查;危險源;風險評價;指標;分級;管理;對策ABSTRACTAt present, China is in a period of sustained, healthy and economic development rapidly, the demand for mineral resources is increasing year by year, mineral exploration investment hit record highs, exploration funds rapid growth, accelerate the growth of the business profits and healthy development of the mining economy will mineral market and geological prospecting work out of the doldrums. As the basic industry and basic work in geological survey is an integral part of national economic construction, the development of national defense and the infrastructure construction.
