Results indicated that NC could obviously stimulate in vitro the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophage from mice, and remarkably inhibit the growth of S180 in mice, and its LD50 was more than 10 g/kg. In conclusion, NC had low toxicity, it could significantly enhance the organism immunologic function and had obvious antitumor effect
