A 公司的員工激勵(lì)狀況進(jìn)行了分析,得出了薪酬激勵(lì)是 A 公司最主要的激勵(lì)手段,同時(shí)輔助以精神激勵(lì)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,綜合運(yùn)用各種激勵(lì)理論,從薪酬激勵(lì)、精神激勵(lì)兩個(gè)個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了A 公司員工激勵(lì)機(jī)制。關(guān)鍵詞:A
