臨沂市中小企業(yè)融資問題調(diào)查探討-展示頁

【正文】 企業(yè)內(nèi)部，銀行及其他金融機(jī)構(gòu)，通過對(duì)管理人員及相關(guān)政府人員的談話訪問，獲得相關(guān)的第一手資料。中小企業(yè)發(fā)展關(guān)鍵的一個(gè)制約因素在于融資困難。本文通過分析融資制度，融資方式，融資理念的創(chuàng)新尋求新的解決中小企業(yè)融資難題的新途徑。(2)有助于形成全新的融資方式。(1)有助于降低企業(yè)的籌資成本。本文對(duì)臨沂地區(qū)中小企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及融資現(xiàn)狀和融資困難的原因進(jìn)行分析，著重從引起中小企業(yè)融資市場(chǎng)失靈原因，探求中小企業(yè)融資與銀行等外部投資者的資金配給的均衡，進(jìn)而分別從影響上述兩者關(guān)系的國家宏觀政策、金融體系、企業(yè)自身素質(zhì)三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行探討,得出造成中小企業(yè)融資困難的主要因素。 本文眼于中小企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,立足于實(shí)際情況，通過調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)資料、建立融資模型以比較動(dòng)態(tài)分析方法， 從企業(yè)提高自身素質(zhì)、國家實(shí)施必要措施、充分利用企業(yè)信用及金融機(jī)構(gòu)融資創(chuàng)新四個(gè)方面解決融資難題, 最終促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)的繁榮發(fā)展。中小企業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,就本文所調(diào)查的臨沂市而言中小企業(yè)國民生產(chǎn)總值占臨沂市全部類型企業(yè)的90%以上。19 Thanks words 15 Not making full use of creditthe lack of financial cooperation between enterprises14 Information Asymmetry of banks 13 3. Mid and smallscale enterprises are a key part of the national economy, for instance, the gross domestic products of mid and smallscale enterprises in Linyi, the city this paper is concerned about, account for 90% of the city’s economic aggregate. The central reason for the difficulty in financing lies in those mid and smallscale enterprises themselves and financing market failure due to national macro economic environment and policies.
