1852年法國(guó)巴黎誕生第一家百貨店以來(lái),百貨店逐漸成為世界都市的窗口,在眾多零售業(yè)態(tài)中一直處于核心地位。我國(guó)發(fā)展百貨店,雖也有近百年的歷史,但由于市場(chǎng)發(fā)育不成熟、消費(fèi)環(huán)境不穩(wěn)定等多種因素制約,面臨諸多問(wèn)題。在傳統(tǒng)百貨店模式下,商品結(jié)構(gòu)是構(gòu)成百貨店個(gè)性化、差異化特征的主要因素,通常是依靠自行采購(gòu)商品來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。尤其在大中型城市,由于百貨店的集中性造成激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。 本系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的前景在于 :本系統(tǒng)源于一個(gè)百貨店行業(yè)工作者對(duì)于百貨店業(yè)態(tài)及發(fā)展的思考,以及對(duì)百貨店競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層決策準(zhǔn)確度的指導(dǎo)需求。此后可借鑒此經(jīng)驗(yàn)開(kāi)發(fā)適合百貨店自身需要的其他管理系統(tǒng),如
