With the increase in the number of the expansion of the scale of online shopping and online shopping, the increasingly high demand for service quality and efficiency of online shopping. However, some problems still exist in the emerce, a serious blow to the confidence of the consumer online shopping. This article has analyzed our country electronic merce market present situation, in order to buy with the city as an example, the paper introduces the current city of electronic merce operation mode, analyzes the emerce and traditional merce by parison of the characteristics advantages and shortings, and gives its development strategy. Keywords: Emerce。 City Purchased。 但是許多商家擁有質(zhì)優(yōu)價廉的商品卻對 網(wǎng)絡泡沫經(jīng)濟的虛幻心存疑慮，遲遲不能擁有自己的商品固定網(wǎng)站 。 在這種情形下，在電子商務內(nèi)容里就急需一批具有特色、針對某一群體以及某一定向城市需求的商品網(wǎng)站。 中小 型 企業(yè)一般人力、 物力、財力及技術資源相對有限，難以采取傳統(tǒng)方式建立自己的銷售網(wǎng) ，也不能大規(guī)模地做廣告，所以，即使 有 很好的產(chǎn)品也很難打開銷路。 站在消費者的角度， 消費者關心的不是公司規(guī)模的大小，而是公司給他們提供的產(chǎn)品或 者 服務 的 價值。因此發(fā)展 同城 電子商務，將為 同城 的一些有潛力的中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)造一個與全國乃至世界大型 企業(yè)同臺的機會，提高自身知名度，提高銷量。 研究方法 （ 1）文 獻 研究 法 文獻研究法是根據(jù)一定的研究目的或課題，通過調(diào)查文獻來獲得資料，從而全面地、正確地了解掌握所要研究
