【正文】 外研究現(xiàn)狀 國內(nèi)研究現(xiàn)狀 對于企業(yè)財務策略的研究，大多基于戰(zhàn)略管理角度對傳統(tǒng)財務管理理論方法的拓展。因此，在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)財務管理處于一個多元的、動態(tài)的、復雜的財務管理環(huán)境的情況下，把戰(zhàn)略問題與其要素 引入財務管理領域，從而將其推向財務戰(zhàn)略管理的高度，是戰(zhàn)略管理理論蓬勃發(fā)展并受到企業(yè)界廣泛重視之后的一個必然趨勢。 1990 年， Tom Copelnad 等學者就指出，經(jīng)過了過去的 20 多年時間，公司財務和戰(zhàn)略這兩方面的思維和行為逐漸融合到了一起，從而形成了對公司財務戰(zhàn)略的研究，這對公司管理和發(fā)展都產(chǎn)生了深遠地影響。戰(zhàn)略管理一經(jīng)產(chǎn)生，即以其強調外部環(huán)境的影響，重視內(nèi)外協(xié)調和面向未來等鮮明的特點而顯示出強大的生命力。s development stage in decisionmaking, and meet the expectations of set a reasonable financial strategy bee pany planning the future, an important link to promote the development of the enterprise, the right to the enterprise financial strategy is of great importance.
