【正文】 種各樣的問題，比如固定資產(chǎn)管理制度不健全，固定資產(chǎn)盤盈、盤虧等等，其中以計提固定資產(chǎn)折舊之類的問題最為突出，這些問題就需要我們認真研究，從而想出一些解決辦法。 關鍵詞：固定資產(chǎn)；固定資產(chǎn)管理；固定資產(chǎn)折舊；存在問題；解決對策 II Fixed Assets Management Problems And Countermeasures of Gree Real Estate Abstract For the individual firm,both for production and operating activities require all kinds of tangible assets,in these tangible assets in fixed assets,it occupies the most important position,therefore,the enterprise how to management is particularly important for fixed ,the rapid economic development,more and more kinds of fixed assets,also led to its management difficulty increasing,so the process of enterprise in the management of fixed assets,can appear all sorts of problems,such as fixed assets management system is not sound ,fixed assets inventory surplus,shrinka ge and so on,of which the most problems such as the depreciation of fixed assets depreciation is outstanding,we need to carefully study these problems,so as to e up with some solutions. From theory,this paper first introduces the fixed assets,the depreciation of fised assets and fixed assets management concepts,etc...then based on the theoretical study of the fixed assets in the gree property,discusses the enterprise in the fixed assets managements of deep analysis of these problems,puts forward effective measures for the specific problem.
