【正文】 e rock will both have negative effects on the construction. Therefore, having a clear understanding of geological characteristics of underground rock, the formation, geological distribution and risk parameters of the tunnel excavation contributes a lot to safe and scientific tunnel digging. With China39。s plex diversity of tunnel design, construction, form, construct mode, is developed based on expressions of the traditional 2D maps and mockups. How to achieve a 3D visual model of the geological model, tunnel model, and analysis of the geology, can not be ignored in the railway construction. In this paper, we obtain the threedimensional simulation of the tunnel by use of the VC++ development platform and OpenGL software interface. While the system is running, the 3D railway tunnel model, it is effective for the geological resource data management, 3D automatic modeling,3Dvisualization and spatial analysis, the building of 3D visualization railway tunnel model demonstrate the design intent of the engineering staff, provide a valuable guiding significance on the subsequent construction, management, operation and have high practical value.
