同時也設計的夾形卡片的彎曲模結構,彎曲模的設計過程和沖裁?;鞠嗤?。本次設計闡述了沖壓倒裝復合模的結構設計及工作過程。隨后簡單的介紹了 Pro/E 的主要特點及應用范圍。根據(jù)零件的幾何形狀要求和尺寸的分析,采用復合模沖壓,這樣有利于提高生產(chǎn)效率,模具設計和制造也相對于簡單。 I 摘 要 本次課題主要研究的是沖裁模和彎曲模的工藝結構設計。 本文介紹 了 主要敘述了沖壓模具的發(fā)展狀況,說明了沖壓模具的重要性與本次設計的意義,接著是對沖壓件的工藝分析,完成了工藝方案的確定 ,并且分析了夾線卡的工藝特點,首先根據(jù)工件圖算工件的展開尺寸,在根據(jù)展開尺寸算該零件的壓力中心,材料利用率,畫排樣圖。當所有的參數(shù)計算完后,對磨具的裝配方案,對主要零件的設計和裝配要求技術要求都進行了分析。并且運用 Pro/E 三維軟件繪制出模具的裝配圖,非標準零件的零件圖等。本模具性能可靠,運行平穩(wěn),提高了產(chǎn)品質量和生產(chǎn)效率,降低勞動強度和生產(chǎn)成本。只是,與沖裁模相比簡單一些,而且彎曲模的設計不是本次設計的重點,所以只有簡單
