The stereo garage researched by this issue has the advantages that are easy to develop, low manufacturing cost, low energy consumption and so on, which especially fits the demand of the places that are residential area, work units, the merit above will play a positive role in the spread of the stereo garage. Key word:Threedimensional garage。 關(guān) 鍵 詞: 立體車庫 電氣控制系統(tǒng) PLC Abstract After entering the 21st century, the amount of the civil private car per capita is increasing year by year along with the rapid development of our nation’s economy and the improvement of the civil life expectation value. Adding the stress of our nation’s land in recent years, the problem of the parking difficulty is all the more protruding. Although the employment of the stereo garage relieve the recent problem of the parking difficulty, the inservice stereo garages have many problems, for example, high cost, low utilization ratio, not easy to popularize, low safety and so on. Combined with the stereo garage’s status in the market presently and practical environment in the realistic use, the thesis provided the design conception of the lowcost and mechanical stereo garage. The whole structure frame and control system of this issue is based on the design ideas which are low cost, low energy, simple structure and so on. On the basis of the pletion of the stereo garage’s structure design based on the modular, the thesis mainly does the design and the theory research that are aimed at electrical control system based on the PLC. The thesis proposed the design method which isthat one motor selectively provides power to multiple vehicleloading station according to the system control requirement, it will not only make the structural arrangement of the drive and transmission more pact so that it saves the space, but also reduce the motor’s amount greatly so that it lets the construction cost down.
