的半焦和活性炭與傳統(tǒng)的石墨和碳氈電極材料進行產(chǎn)電性能對比。由于電極成本在 MFC 總成本中所占比例最大,同時電極性能也是決定 MFC 性能的關(guān)鍵,因此降低電極成本和優(yōu)化電極性能對于 MFC 的實用化具有重要意義。摘 要 I 摘 要 微生物燃料電池( Microbialfuelcell, MFC)能夠在處理污水的同時將污水中蘊含的化學(xué)能轉(zhuǎn)化為電能,是一種低能耗的水處理技術(shù),近年來成為環(huán)境領(lǐng)域的研究熱點。目前制約 MFC 實際應(yīng)用的主要因素是成本過高和產(chǎn)電性能偏低。本文以推進 MFC 實用化為目標(biāo),篩選用于陽極和生物陰極的廉價填料型電極材料,通過電極材料特性和構(gòu)型的優(yōu)化提高其產(chǎn)電性 能,并將其應(yīng)用于放大的 MFC 裝置。用于陽極時,活性炭產(chǎn)電性能最好,半焦較差。并分析了不同陽極材料表面的產(chǎn)電微生物、產(chǎn)電過程、產(chǎn)電機理和產(chǎn)電能力的區(qū)別。 關(guān)鍵詞: 微生物燃料電池;產(chǎn)電 微生物;陽極材料;產(chǎn)電性能;成本;大型化 Abstract II Abstract Microbial fuel cell (MFC) is a low energyconsuming water treatment technology which can purify wastewater and simultaneouslyconvert its chemical , ithasbe eonehottopicint the environment field. To push forward the practical application of MFC, inthisdissertation low costpackedelectrode materialsforanodeandbiocathodewere selected,and the performance of electrode wasimprovedby optimizing electrode characteristics and configuration. Then the optimized electrode wasused in a largescale MFC. Inexpensivesemicoke and activated carbon were used aselectrode materials and pared with conventional materials graphite and carbon felt. When used in anode, activated carbon performed best, but semicoke had poor power generation performance. The extremely low conductivity of semicoke is the main limitation for the low performance of semicoke anode. to analyze different anode material on the surface of the electricigens, electricity production process, electricity generation and electricity generation capacity difference, as MFC anode materials optimization, microbial enrichment, MFC configuration transformation and the bination of ideas, discussed the different anode materials on microbial fuel cell power generation performance influence, from the screening report of production of high efficiency of anode materials, to promote the development of related research in microbial fuel cell.
